• Tire collection is provided for the use of Richardson County residents only. NO RETAILERS.
• Driver’s license or other acceptable proof of residency is required.
• No rims or tubes.
• Drop off of tires at any time other than listed above is strictly prohibited.
• Must have tire count and know where your tires came from at check-in.
• BE PREPARED to unload your own tires.
